The part works great and fixed my “phantom touch” issue. On my Jeep Cherokee 2015, the screen kept clicking random buttons. After the swap, the problem is gone. Docking one star only because you need to be careful with the ribbon cables—take your time and it’s totally doable.

Bought this for my 2017 Dodge (Uconnect 3C 8.4) because my screen was cracked and the touch stopped working on the right side. Install took about an hour with trim tools. Screen looks bright and clear, and touch registers evenly across the whole panel. Much cheaper than replacing the whole head unit.

Replaced the failing 8.4" screen on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee (Uconnect 8.4). The original had bubbles and ghost touches. This replacement fit perfectly and the touch response is smooth and accurate. After reinstalling, everything worked immediately—radio, backup camera, and climate controls.
