I had been dealing with unresponsive and erratic behavior from the original radio, which turned out to be caused by a faulty touchscreen. After replacing it with this new unit, everything works flawlessly. There were a few air bubbles between the screen and touch film out of the box, but they were easy to remove. Once installed in the truck, it looks just like a factory unit—very clean and well-built. I'm really happy with the quality and performance.

Like most I had the ghost touch issues. I’ve read tons of reviews on these aftermarket screens and rolled the dice on this one. I’m pleased. Screen works brand new. It is almost winter so no way of knowing if it will flicker when it gets hot out. As of now though, well worth the money. Videos on YouTube on how to do it. 45 minute job with correct tools.

I see some reviews indicating the image was not clear but mine is just like factory screen. There is a protective film you need to remove before installing.

Awesome product. I installed this in a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ. From start to finish it took me 18 minutes. 7 mm socket, T15 screwdriver and a plastic removal tool is all that is needed. When you have it removed and replaced there is an 8 pin connection that must line up with the plastic back cover. If you nail that part it is a done deal. I would definitely buy their product again and it arrived quickly. A++++
