Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 0–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your item has been shipped.

We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched from one of our warehouses depending on stock availability and destination:

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK: 1–3 business days (from UK warehouse)

  • Germany & EU: 2–5 business days (from Germany warehouse)

  • USA / Canada: 5–10 business days (from USA or China warehouse)

  • Other countries: 7–12 business days 

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or local courier conditions.

Tracking

All parcels are shipped with tracking. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to become active.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Cost and Import Tax

Orders are processed promptly after payment is confirmed.

We only ship to the confirmed order address.
Your order address must be the same as your shipping address.

The above postage and handling charges do not include any remote area charges.
Remote area charges are subject to additional shipping costs.

If you do not receive your shipment within the estimated time, please contact us.

In principle, we are not responsible for any import taxes, customs fees or customs delays.
